My cell phone is only a phone but they had two nice and pretty signs out front. Looks like Anoka county is getting it wrong and needs some letter writing. Anoka County Human Services Building, 1201 89th Avenue N.E., Blaine, MN 55434

**By letter writing I mean to say that government buildings cannot post

I am not sure of the specifics but they may be able to post the front door and lobby of the buidling because of the daycare center that is located at the site.

Nope.

The daycare center itself doesn't need to post because of its nature as a school under the law. In the portion of the building exclusively controlled by the daycare center, carry is prohibited. The rest of the building ... CANNOT be posted by a public entity.

It's a little like the Saint Anthony Community center on Silver lake road in SA. They say: "ISD xxx community something No firearms or weapons" or something similar. They're clearly trying to infer that the building is a school but it is NOT a school. It's a mutli-use facility.
