Apple Valley Medical Center is posted. Non compliant, white letters on glass.

No security/metal detectors at the main entrance. Plastic chairs in the offices can make loud "clunking" sounds if you are not careful.

I would stay away form them anyway.

My 18 month old daughter had an unusual rash that began on her back and was spreading. First doc said "Wait and see" 3 days later, rash was spreading, 2nd doc said "wait and see..."
Next day my daughter began itching. Called the doc and demanded to get an appointment with a dermatologist.

They called back and said that they were able to get us an appointment....
IN 6 WEEKs.

On top of that, they have misbilled me twice for urgent care visits, and wrote my wife an incorrect prescription (only a vitamin, but still a big mistake)

I would not trust them.

My mother in law works in medical records there and i carry all the time. no one has ever said anything to me.
she knows i carry everywhere and doesn't like it but she keeps her mouth shut about and never says anything to me about it anymore. I did have to discuss why carrying is important for family protection and such so i feel because i was honest concise and factual is why she know longer brings it up.

on their quality of work: my wife likes her doctor there a lot but their urgent care staff is horrible!!
