These guys have their classroom locations posted, which includes Bloomington, Saint Paul and Plymouth. Non-compliant (the sign in Bloomington is at floor level), but there you have it anyway.

Stinks that they are some of the very few which provide certain coursework. My comments survey will include informing them that they are welcoming all criminals looking for soft targets.

This just confirms that I will be doing my continuing education online! I will be sending them a letter to tell them this to.

The Kaplan location at Bandana Square is not posted as of my last class there on March 10.

Cool, I'm not going to say I had anything to do with it, but I took my MN real estate license class there in (the last of the 3) in December, and wrote a fairly thorough comment on my exit survey.

Maybe I was one of several (optimistic thinking). They did say that the man in charge reads every single comment survey. Both Bandana Square and the one by the MOA were posted when I was taking those three classes late last year.

I'll put that in the win column. Thanks for updating this thread. Thanks to whoever else mentioned it to Kaplan also.

This is good news

I know quite a few other Realtors who carry and I guess our complaints and lack of business made a difference.

Nice job guys :!:

Update:

Whether it ever was, or wasn't. The Bloomington (BLN) location of Kaplan's schools is definitely posted. Near the floor, and therefore not compliant, but nonetheless.

I had a class there a week ago. "missed the signs" somehow, funny how that works. But evidently, I noticed the attempted posting on the way home the last day...
