I was there a couple of weeks ago for the Minnesota Police Reserve Officers Association spring conference. I didn't see any posting, but I wasn't looking carefully. I didn't carry as my department paid the conference fee for me and I was traveling in a department vehicle. Police reserve officers in Minnesota cannot carry firearms while on duty.

I was there on June 13th (and was carrying). I saw no posted signs at that time, although to be honest I only used one entrance.

If I remember my training -
It doesn't really matter - It is an events center so most of the time it will be up to the people who are leasing the space for their event to post or not.
