I went for a job interview at Hearth and Home (fireplaces?), their technology building was posted. Really far out there, so I'm sure no one would happen across this place. The sign is very noticable, considering it's yellow. Everything else was the typical bland colors, so this sign stuck out like a sore thumb.

ON should be IN

Oh no, it's black. The camera phone on a cloudy day isn't great, plus I used a white balance filter to correct the color. I am 99% sure it was black.

"In" is correctly required on the sign. The statute says "a building, structure, or portion thereof..." Subd. 17 (b)(4). Grounds are not included.
