Of course a permit holder may carry in my class. Not a problem. Carry? Sure. Show off? Show and tell? No...not on my turf. The only demo guns are the ones I bring with for that purpose.

I think he means:

Rule 1: All guns are always loaded.

It's the "never assume" rule.

Sure, if you ignore the fact that gun class insurance tends to have policies about loaded guns. Store insurance, I'll wager, almost never does.
