at the corner of Beltline Bldv/Ottawa Ave. and County Rd 25/Hwy 7 in St. Louis Park that says "We also ban blow guns, machetes and numchucks." At the bottom it says Chino Latino. Does anyone know what gives with this sign? It has been there quite a while, I just never really thought about it before. Weird. I called Chino Latino and talked to Brad who said they are not posted. I guess I should have asked him if he knew what was with the billboard. Oh well, just one of those things that make you go hmmm.

Mods, feel free to move it if appropriate.

Based on their previous ads, I think it's just trying to get someone agitated. They took some heat for having ads that supposedly were racist, but to me were just funny. They seem to be equal opportunity offenders, which is fine by me.

The owner of company that started Chino Latino has a reputation of ads and menus that contain somewhat non-PC humor. Apparently one of the other restaraunts had an ad or something that said, "We like the French. They taste like chicken!"
