Unity Professional Bldg 500 Osborne Rd, Fridley next to unity hospital has the front door posted but none of the other entrances. Sign is compliant.

My doctor is in that building and I've used the back and side entrances, both were also posted with compliant signs.
Disappointed me by the doctor is the best in the state for his specialty so I bite my pride and comply.

ok, if this is a medical building like the ones I go to, they have several practices in them. All different suites / different tennants. That would seem to be the landlord / Tenant exclusion right there.

I go to the WestHealth campus in Plymouth, it is posted by North Hospital, North has gobbled up all the independent practices and they are all now North Clinics. Ths means there are no tenants only employees so they can post.
