Koscielski's Guns and Ammo has been certified by the Department of Public Safety as an Instructor Training Organization.

Koscielski's Guns and Ammo (proprietor: Mark Koscielski) is dedicated to the proposition that excellent carry permit training should be available to both law-abiding, competent, adult residents of Minnesota, and law-abiding, competent, adult nonresidents wishing to acquire a Minnesota carry permit.

Koscielski's Guns and Ammo is located at 2926 Chicago Avenue South, Minneapolis MN 55407. Our phone number is 612-827-3832, and those instructors wishing to discuss becoming certified by Koscielski's Guns and Ammo are invited to call, and discuss requirements and details.

Full disclosure: it is anticipated that Joel Rosenberg, the administrator of this Forum, will at some point be certified as an instructor by Koscielski's Guns and Ammo. He is not an employee, principal, owner of or spokesman for Koscielski's Guns and Ammo.

-- Mark Koscielski

Score at least six for the good guys. (I know enough about six of the so-far-certified instructor organizations to feel comfortable saying that they're run by good folks; I don't know enough about the seventh, although I don't have any reason to think otherwise in the case of Joe DeSua -- I just don't know much about him.)
