Is the plan to still get together for breakfast and holster making this Saturday?
I am planning on both.

As I didn't keep track of the "other" thread to which you refer, could you add some logistics information to this thread.....

I'm up for both breakfast and holster making. Where and when?

We're staying in an English owned hotel, so the food will be propper English fare, Bland and or Burned.
As for square rectangles, particularly cloth ones, I understand they have sufficient on hand.
Just to show you how petty the frogs are: The Olympic flag display in the town has a flagpole and a flag for every nation that competed in the Albertville winter Olympics. In January 2003 there was a Stars and Stripes flying proudly, in January 2004 and since then, that flagpole has been bare.
I guess they needed a place to fly a white rectangle and figured the surrender would be to the US......

I cannot remember who was talking to Tandy about the Holster making so really cannot answer about that except that i have a note on my calendar about it.
Breakfast is hopefully as usual at Pastrami Jacks in Eden Prairie.
I have not spoken to them (Pastrami Jack's) but someone has a contact I think/hope. I was operating on the assumption ( I know ass-u-me) that we were going to have the breakfast as usual on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
I did not see anything about it so thought I would stir the pot so to speak.

The Tandy thread was ~8 people at Tandy's location 1-3pm the 20th was mentioned.
It was jbcolt45
jbcolt45 wrote: Just got back from Tandy - very accomodating folks. I ask if we could have a holster class (meeting) at their store. To make it easier on them I said I would give the class (I hope I'm not stepping on anybodys toes). They said we could have a Saturday afternoon from 1:00 - 3:00. The downside is they only have room for 6-8 people at a time. I also was clear with them - in order to make a pattern for a holster you need a handgun. I wanted to make sure they were ok if handguns start appearing. I promised them all handguns would be well trained, unloaded and the people handling them were permitted. They did ask if we could keep all firearms wraped in plastic. So... we just need to come up with 6-8 people and agree on a Saturday and we can make this meeting work Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
I'm still in.

I am planning on both.
I'm not sure if I can make it for either, but I'm going to try. With a new baby girl that won't even be 2 weeks old at that point...it's going to be a day of decision.
What time does it start? Where abouts is this at?

We did it one time withoug calling... an hour or so crowded in the front window. I suggest someone who is going to attend step up soon and call them. I think we had 20-30 last time.
