For us novices, what can we expect of this evening; what do we bring if we're interested; are we INVITED? :D

Just a smiling face is all that is required. We can help you figure out what you might want to do... because we all know that we need more hobbies. ;)

Yes sir. There is a small group about 6 to 8 people that are working on holster projects and we help each other out and try different ideas. :)

I'm a maybe/probably again... but now I have to figure out what I want to create!!!

Maybe something along the lines of The Snap for the P7 or a mag and light holder.

I suppose I should double-check that we're still on?

Hope you all have a blast together and a productive night. Wish I could have joined in, but having been in Vegas last week and just returning to the fray today has put me too far behind.

Be curious to hear a report and/or see some pics from the evening.

We had a good time and everyone finished at least one project. Your holster was a big hit tonight. I will have to do some thinking this weekend and try something like that but with some changes. We will have to take pics next time. :D

We did fire up the stitcher and got a lot of stitching done that way ;)

We will do it again so keep checking the Other Events every week or so for a new monthly get together. Summer is always harder to work through schedules.

Thanks for the update, Srigs. Would love to make it next time. I understand summers being tough, but at least I'll be in the Cities during the summers. We stay on our boat in St. Paul and take a reprieve from the St. Cloud commute for about 6-months.

And remember, I wanna' be near the front of the line when you come up with your version of that rig for my Taurus 9mm 24/7 Pro C!

it was a nice event. I finally went thru enough variations in my head to almost actually finish the original IWB that I started ages ago! (the stitcher sure made it easy for fast progress to be made once I decided what I wanted to do - thanks again Srigs for allowing us to mooch your tools!!!)

it's certainly not the prettiest holster, since I really didn't put much effort into finishing the edges, and didn't plan/execute a good sequence of stitching/glueing, but it sure looks like it will serve it's function!

I love it when the schedule works and I actually make the time to attend these - I learn at least a little bit each time! a couple hundred more and I might actually develop enough skill to make something pretty! (but I guess I don't mind merely functional...)

We will do another one in a couple of weeks in early June.
