Any state building unless the commissioner of public safety is notified (MN Statute 609.66) so when you look up 609.66 all I can find is... (2) possesses a dangerous weapon, ammunition, or explosives in any state building within the Capitol Area described in chapter 15B, other than the National Guard Armory. Chapter 15B talks about state capitol grounds, not "Any State Building." Ramsey appears to be wrong by my keen eyes!

Actually, they copied t from the state web site, which has it wrong. The state has been notified several times of this error.
