http://www.startribune.com/local/59687312.html From the story: "A Big Lake man charged with bringing a gun into Minneapolis City Hall in July was found not guilty by reason of mental illness, the Hennepin County attorney's office said." Edit: I did contact Vince Tuss, the writer, about the "unregistered gun" issue. He just responded that he took that from a former piece on this story and would look into it. We shall see. |
