johngagemn, I had to go make sure I hadn't been misinformed, because I was just going by what I had been told. I wouldn't have been willing to put money on being right, until I looked it up.

Interestingly enough, the guy who told me that works for DOT Commercial Enforcement... Not that it should be a surprise that people working in law enforcement don't actually know the law. :roll:
