St. Paul police are searching for a suspect and warning neighbors after a woman was reportedly raped on Grand Ave. in the Capitol city.

On Dec. 9, police report that a woman was sexually assaulted in the 1800 block of Grand Ave. around 4 a.m.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s, about 5'9 inches tall with a medium build. He has dark brown or black hair that may be long and tucked under a hat. He is described as well-groomed and clean shaven.

He was wearing a knee-length puffy coat with a blue or green panels on the sleeves.
