The case is in an ON CALL status until March 6th. Can you believe that, you just go to work everyday and wait until they call?? Just for PULLING a gun OUT folks.

As a general rule, the longer it drags on the better for the defendant.

Self-defense is a justification for ANY violation of statute including the intentional pointing misdemeanor.

Which is, orthogonally, the only reason I'm glad that Treptow's problem is approaching its second anniversary.

Right or wrong, the guys is still following all the restriction from back in July.I go over this in classes just to show what can happen if you "Just pull it out"
