Sounds like a plan! I think we should speed things up, say cut the time by a 1/3 to make it interesting for all.
I will pick the top one or two shooters from all the matches until we have a full squad. I'll check the results tonight andwe can have the Super Squad shoot after 8:00 pm or whenverthe regular league is finished.

More details and specifics tonight but Bill's is working with us and providing their conference room so anyone who reserves in advance can have a buffet chicken and barbeque buffet catered by Famous Dave's.
I'm thinking we can have dinner like from 5:45pm to 6:30pm with the first group starting to shoot after they and the range officers finish eating so we don't hold everyone up. You will have to commit to pay and the cost will be $12, which is our cost including tax, tips, soda, etc.
Got to go to work, specifics tonight.

We are tenatively planning a 4 hour seesion for Bill's North on Wednesday 3/29 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. We expect 1/2 the time will be classroom to cover rules, demo techniques and discuss tactics and equipment.
The other 2 hours will be range shooting time,IDPA style. Class size will be capped and you will have to reserve and pay in advance. It will cost $40 which includes a pizza dinner, materials, targets and range time.
More details tonight, including the schedule for Minnetonka IDPA, but we will probably have to cap attendance at 12 to 15 folks.

Got to go to work, specifics tonight.
Here is the menu, knowing our group we will be ordering this for every 3 folks and sodas will be included. What I would like you to do is wait until at least this weekend and be sure you are coming. Tuesday evening at 8:00pm is the deadline. I'll call in the reservations and names list to Steve.
It's $12 total and you just need to e mail me at a17939@gmail.com and use your real name. You are committing to pay Steve at the range as he is doing the actual ordering. I can't receive e-mails at work, so you must decide by Tuesday at 8:00pm. Don't show and we can't sell your meal to a shooter, you owe Steve $12.00
All-American BBQ Feast® (serves 4-5)
A full slab of spareribs, a whole chicken, ½ pound of either Texas beef brisket or Georgia chopped pork, coleslaw, Famous Fries, Wilbur Beans, four corn bread muffins and four corn-on-the-cob. Regular and diet pop, with lots of napkins

I'll take reservations now and ask folks who plan to eat to arrive between 5:45 and 6:30 so the food is hot and the selection good. You must make reservations by 8:00pm Tuesday as Steve will only be ordering for folks who reserve in advance.

I have to hear from anyone who wants to participate by 8:00pm on Tuesday. At this time we have four reservations, we need at least 12 for this to work. If you want the dinner please email now at a17939@gmail.com
Sorry folks, we are still at 4 reservations and old Dave does not deliver just 4 orders. IT sounded like a good idea, but several reminders did not move folks to action. Eat your meal before or after the match, sorry...

Please leave any unclaimed slabs of ribs in the fridge with my name on them. I'll be by later to properly dispose of them.
