Glock Deal

Been waiting for a great deal on Glocks? Wait no more.... Glock Sport Shooting Federation steps up big time. Check out the details at gssfonline.com! You have to join GSSF ( $25 Correction $35) and wait up to 8 weeks but you get a Glock 17, 19, 22, 23, 26, 27 for $398.70 + Tax delivered to your FFL.

This is better than LEO pricing! Sight and trigger pull options are available, as are other models at slightly higher prices. I see a G34 in my future and wanted to pass this offer on to the group. Sale prices good thru 12/31/06.

That is a good deal, but a new membership according to their web site is $35, not $25. Not a big deal....but....

Ok, I've got the socks off so I can do the math:

$35 + $398.70 + $25.92 + (what's a FFL charge?) = $459.62 + FFL

I quoted the renewal price rather than the new member in error, so $35 is correct. As to good deal here are Top Glock Prices for a Glock 17

3670 FIXED SIGHTS 10RD 449.00
42531 FIXED SIGHTS HI CAP 449.00
41228 FIXED SIGHTS OD GREEN 10RD 449.00
42534 FIXED SIGHTS OD GREEN HI CAP 449.00

Prices are no tax outside AZ but require $18.66 shipping or $467.66 delivered to the FFL. Using my sharp pencil on a Glock Professional (gssfonline.com deal) it comes to $424.62, a savings of $43.04 over the best Glock prices I've seen prior to this deal from Glock Professional.

Disclamier: Your mileage may vary depending on model selected and you do clearly have to wait longer with Glock Professional, apparently many weeks longer. Like many things you decide what value you attach to holding the gun you are buying in your hands before you buy it, taking it home that day, etc.

The FFL has a license from the BATF and assures you are in compliance with federal and state laws and paperwork before they deliver the firearm to you.

I don't know anyone who does it for free anymore, but most FFL holders charge betwwen $15 and $35 to provide a copy to Glock of their license and Glock then ships them the handgun you paid for. You provide them with a DL and Permit to carry or purchase, they do the background check and, all things working, you take home your gun.

I'll let others suggest local FFL holders, my daughter's boyfriend has his FFL license, so I pay no attention.
