Administrative Judge Fabian Hoffner who was paid by the city of Minneapolis to hear our case of given away ammo and showing of firearms (not for sale at the gun shop) and ammo is illegal So much for your 1st amendment rights. We will be posting more on our web site in the next day or so. More names on who was involved in this.

The order that you appealed said that you could not sell firearms at your location. How is it then illegal to show guns?

What an ass pounding you are getting in that city. I think before you go completely out of business, you should move the shop.

Frist the cost of move is a lot. We or I should say me, someone have to take a stand. Keep a eye open on a news story that will run in the RED STAR. soon. About FFL and gunshops. The story will come from a reporter in Wash. DC. and the Star will run it.

The judge said it was illegal to show it. Thats how they can say it.

Part of to news story will say that in Minnesota in the last 10 years there have been a 72% decline in FFL holder
