This happens far more frequently than people understand.
I personally know one person shot by his dog when the dog tried to get into the bed of the truck and its claw snagged the trigger, and I know two others who have had dogs set off guns in other places with just dirty skivvies and holes in sheet metal what to show what mighta happened.

poor dog he probally felt bad.... what did that dog think when it stepped on the gun it must have just about launched that dog in the air. crazy though. Makes you think they weren't so stupid in firearm saftey about crossing those fences.
