Now that's a deer stand! You could spend the whole season in your stand and just come down to gut the deer.

Add retractable stairs and razor wire on the poles and it's perfect. You know, to keep out bigfoot.

Good plan. That sure would be nice to have propane heat up there

between Wausau and abbotsford on HWY 29 in Wi, there is a cell tower way out in a field that has a cabin built into the lower webbing of the tower. a few years ago there was story where the land owner made the cell company add the platform as a part of the lease agreement for his land. from all appearances, its the perfect deer stand too.

Can a guy get DirectTV or DishNetwork on a two or three month contract?

We've got satellite TV in our deer camp. We leave a dish mounted on the cabin and just bring a receiver from home when we're up there.

That is a terms of service violation. I thought this was a forum for law abiding people!

Not the way we do it. We also take a portable dish and home receiver along in our RV. I use Dish network and they are aware that we take a receiver with us. I've talked to them about it, they sold me a couple of extra dishes just to use in other places.
They don't want extra receivers to be used in two residences, like splitting costs with a friend or relative with an extra receiver. In my case I'm only using it in one residence at a time, the residence is just located in different places at different times.
