I have been "lurking" for about a year now. Recently I was unable to view the forum with out registering. I know I have the choice to leave at not register, but I was wondering why the change?
I've been a permit holder since 2003 and carry a Glock 19 and am a member of a Police Reserve Unit.

whydidihavetoregister, I suspect it is primarily aimed at weeding out spammers. Welcome to the board.

Y, you must be a really good listener.
I've never been able to browse a new internet board for more than about ten minutes without having to register myself an account and chime in with something useless.
Welcome to the party.
