HF792 Not exactly sure what this means but I'm guessing if you get
caught in violation of the National Firearms Act you will be
registered as a predatory offender. Is that all it amounts to?

Yes, some groups are making a big deal of it, but you have to be convicted a second time and it's someone who shouldn't have a gun of any kind.
