I just picked up my first carry gun, a Beretta 9000 .40S&W (had to trade my Blackhawk to afford it  ). It's a bit wide, but I have long skinny monkey fingers and it felt better than the others in my price range. I was hoping to get my holster from SGH since you all rave about his work so much, but I didn't see that he makes one for this gun. So, barring that any recommendations for a IWB holster? If you don't have any experience with the 9000 makes and models that you've had good luck with would be helpful too. Thanks all.

If you don't mind parting with your gun for a little while, I'm pretty sure Srigs can make a holster for it.....it's not in his list because he doesn't have a pattern for it, so he'd need your gun to use as the pattern.

I'll second the nomination for Srigs, but since I've recently been treated to a preview of some of his new models, I'll also -- as a satisfied customer -- put in a plug for Kevin, of K&D holsters. He's also on my short list of holstermakers who do great work and are great to deal with, along with Srigs, Bob Mika and Dave Workman.

Among the many things I like about the holster crowd here is that they're unabashed fans of the good holstermakers among the competition.
(Also true for the instructor crowd, btw.)
