While looking at IWB or OWB holsters don't forget the belt ! Many times the belt is more of the problem than the holster.

Your belt should be stiff, and as wide as possible.

I have a Highnoonholster.com Mr Softy which works great for my Kel-tec P32 and will get one for my S&W 39-2 for carry purposes. I have no problem with it "poping up" and it has a retention screw to adjust the tension.
