I'm looking for a left handed holster for a Berreta 92f . Looking for a type that the police wear. Not sure what you call it.

JimC, you might be thinking of a Blackhawk (which offers both right and left draw holsters, and many cops use):

Although many police departments require Level II or Level III holsters, which could be from Safariland:

As a permit holder though, I wouldn't recommend anything over a Level I holster.

Location: A County in MN
Safariland 6004.

Most duty holster are a level III or a Level II at the least.

I know the US Customs were issuing the Safariland holsters for some officers. Not sure what they are using now.
