I have a new Don Hume H721OT Open Top Double 9 OWB holster. It was a very good holster for $48 shipped. It conceals very well, is stiff and tight in the right places, and is very comfortable. Highly recommended for any 1911.

....darn it...it is scuffed already.

I completely agree with you.I have the H721 with the thumb strap and their Agent 711 open top. It is really hard to find a better quality holster for the money.
