Okay, I hate to say it: I have too many hobbies.
I bought a whole bunch of leather gear from Tandy in the hope of crafting my own holsters.
I even made a belt pouch for my wife's garden shears, and started my first holster...
more than two years ago.
I've concluded that with good local holstermakers available, this isn't going to be one of my skills.
So... I have a bunch of once-used leatherworking tools and supplies, all from Tandy Leather.
Specifically:
Hand Stitching Kit (Overstitch wheel, stitching awl, groover, needles, thread, wax and The Art of Hand Sewing Leather, by Al Stohlman),
$59.99
an edge beveler
$12.99
stitching pony,
$19.99
I also have some black thread, black dye, a package of needles, wax, and quite a bit of leather.
That's well over $100 retail. Anyone interested in a bargain?
