Welcome to the forum!

They are good well made duty holsters and much better than the Uncle Mikes holsters. They run thicker than some leather holsters but hold up well. I have one and would use it in the field where I would not want to bang up one of my leather holsters. ;)

I have one also for 5" 1911A1. It seems that it is set up to accomodate as much as a 1.1750" belt width, that makes it a little loose on a 1.500" belt which is what I use. Mine is a good fitting holster and works well at the range or as Srigs said in the field. It could work for carry with a looser cover, however I think there are better choices off the shelf including other Bianchi products. All said it is a pretty good general use holster. One other thing that is important is be sure you have a good GUN belt, makes all the difference in the world.
