I see one glaring problem right now with the punchs, they are all backwards. You would want the mirror of the image on the punch. Unless my brain is going wonky from their being too much blood in my alcohol system that is. You're right, but that was already pointed out. For illustration purposes, though, I think the backwards version looks better; YMMV, of course.

I hope others out there don't give up on posting their idea's and talent, but I do like the one above.
The hammer and grip safety or tang detail could be eliminated if need be and it would still come across nicely.

I just did a quick scan and didn't see anybody mention it. My bad.

Not a big deal. IMHO, and all that.

Is there any chance I could get a bmp or other vector graphic that isn't antialiased? The program I use is based on shades of grey, so the aliasing makes the images look like a mountain range. Kind of cool in and of itself, but not what I am wanting. If not, I can fix it manually, but don't really want to.
Thanks

Yes. I don't know what Srigs' timeframe is, but if you're late to the party, give it a shot. It's more important for him to get the best design than to settle on mine just yet.

I worked up two versions that use the name Side Guard Holsters, something that's more google-able than just SGH. I probably need to tweak the text a little bit to get the right spacing and balance.
Same font as used for the SGH versions:
<img src="http://lh6.google.com/evaneaston/R4UdMdV3HaI/AAAAAAAAAQs/1zb-7N-Xq_k/s288/SGHl.png" /> <img src="http://lh6.google.com/evaneaston/R4UdMdV3HbI/AAAAAAAAAQ0/xTTw4kA8rAE/s288/SGHl-Embossed.png" />
A different font:
<img src="http://lh5.google.com/evaneaston/R4UdMNV3HYI/AAAAAAAAAQc/2vr-WBrodz8/s288/SGHk.png" /> <img src="http://lh5.google.com/evaneaston/R4UdMNV3HZI/AAAAAAAAAQk/BRGVkP2xfyo/s288/SGHk-Embossed.png" />
Meltedeyes,
It turns out that InkScape offers virutally no control over antialiasing on export to bitmap. So there are two options.
1) poke around in the picasa web album where I put all these
2) PM me your email and I can sent you a really large (how's 3k x 3k?) bit map that you can sharpen and scale down

Depending on the size of the stamp, the whole name of Side Guard Holster might not come through too well, just the initials might come across more clear on a smaller stamp.
My 0.02.

I think SGH would be good for the stamp, but the full name for web, shirts, business cards backpacks, mugs, thongs, and whatever else Cafe Press or Zazzle sells.

I just threw that in because I know you can get thongs with your logo on them at Cafe Press.
