He is, of course, innocent unless and until proven guilty of chasing-and-tuning up in violation of the (quite likely unsympathetic) target's civil rights. Note that it's a federal indictment; I don't think he'll landenbeard his way out of that. ETA: Oh, and by a remarkable coincidence Jason was a member of the Minnesota |
