Everything we have come to love and respect from a small segment of our uniformed civilian brethren, this one from the Phoenix police department.

If you can imagine, it actually got worse after that interaction. The officer could be charged with murder. If you look at his picture on the page it is arguable that his hat size is indeed much smaller than his neck size. That is almost certainly a negative contributing factor.

Mistake #1. The police aren't there for that. That was her job.


(and it is true, they did not need a warrant, as they had consent)
