Just another isolated incident, no doubt.

Fatal error? That sounds serious.

Doesn't sound like date rape to me, sounds like you have a crooked, predatory, gay cop in this case. It is New Orleans, and since the hurricane things have made a turn for the worse.

Quote:
A Tulane University police officer was let go after a student reported he made unwanted sexual advances toward him and may have even used a taser to incapacitate and rape him.

The student, identified as John, was heading back to his dorm after drinking at a party when the officer approached him. The officer escorted the student to his room and officer pushed his way inside. Before the student could call for help, he felt a sharp pain in his neck and blacked out. He woke up the next morning without clothes on and had two deep holes in his neck, similar to those left by a taser, according to The Hullabaloo.

The victim contacted an advocate separate from the University to help him file a report with the TUPD and the New Orleans Police Department. An administrative third party and the University held a meeting and let the officer go before any charges could be filed..

I'll tell you a story. In Minneapolis, I had to push a gay black man out the door after coming home late one night. Physically I would have been seriously challenged to beat him up, but I told him the truth, I'm straight and don't like men, and that I wouldn't be any fun for him, and luckily the creep left. At least he had the decency to choose the right thing, guess in New Orleans its a different story.

again. date rape is buying a few drinks, then not giving up, this was flat out kidnapping, assualt & battery, and rape. This should be "the needle".
