In Wisconsin. Quote: The charges come after the Racine County Sheriff’s Department investigated a complaint made by a 20-year-old woman, who said Williams touched her inappropriately in his squad car after he caught her urinating in public on July 3. She made the complaint to the Racine Police Department on July 4. Since it is, after all, an isolated incident, he's apparently going to only get probation. |
