I had to dig through the business cards in my wallet to ID that number. I don't know if he handles this kind of case. DFCS is handled by family court, isn't it? Does Mr Berris do family court, or just criminal?

Either way, he'll at least point you at the person who can best help you, if it isn't him.

One of our members sort of asked for advice, in his own way. If he doesn't want more help, he'll probably stop posting.

Joel gave good advice, if he follows it through, it will probably improve the family's life about 10,000 %, and turn out to be really worthwhile.

"All involved" would include the child. I sort of think the best interest of the child would be served by "leaving the light on".

But it's Joel's house.
