Submitted my application on December 14, 2008. Recieved my MN Permit To Carry A Pistol in the mail on December 22, 2008. Debbie at the desk was easy going and helpful reviewing my application. |

Mine was 8 days, but it was laminated not the nice credit card style. Anybody else from Carver county get one like this? |

Still, that's better than at the beginning, when they sent out unlaminated, thin plastic cards from which the print rubbed off of in your wallet. |
