All the rumors about Ramsey County seem unfounded. I dropped my renewal app off on March 2 and received the lovely new permit (good until 2014!) today, March 18. I'm going to send Sheriff Fletcher a nice thank-you card.

I'd say that from a single point of contact to state that all the rumors about Ramsey are unfounded would be a bit of a leap...
