Baby steps Andrew. It took them 6 years to get it done in two weeks maybe in another 6 they will be completely within the law.

I brought my original, along with a copy, but can't remember which she wanted. My application was all signed and filled out prior to getting there. All that she asked was if I needed an application, and I told her that I already had it.
