Buddy just got his in 25. He called them on Day 25 and they asked him to check his mailbox

16 business days, 21 overall to my mailbox. I called with a "Hey, I'm not sure when to expect it, how long does it take?" message on Friday , and yesterday got a call back... The clerk said, "Oh, it looks like you are approved... You should get it sometime this week." Voila.... must have been put into the magic mail slot yesterday after she called me back.

Cool. I'd like to have seen it faster, but that's not too bad.
