and mine is a actual plastic card, not just laminated. More then I expected from Wabasha county actually.

just kind of business as usual, no comments or anything, if that's what you mean, took maybe 5-10 minutes, we were the only ones there. He had to make some photocopies otherwise it would have been about 2 minutes.

he had to make some photocopies? Did you not bring in your own copies of the training cert and your DL?

Or are they yet another department that is demanding the originals?

No I had a copy of the training cert, but forgot all about the Drivers license, It didn't seem to be a problem for him.

Between the 9 day processing interval, and helping you out with the copies (try that in Hennepin), they sound pretty benevolent.
