Dropped off my permit app last Wednesday, the 20th. Received Permit the 30th. Permit dated 5/28. Great job by the Dakota County Sherriff's Department.

When Dakota Co isn't backed up, they regularly do 6-10 days. When they're backed up, which they were during the months after the 5-year anniversary of shall issue and after the recent election, they are unapologetic.

Dropped off my application in Hastings on July 31, my permit arrived today, August 27th. Not so fast, but still within the legal limit.
