or maybe 16, I was out of town on Friday, so I'm not sure if it showed up yesterday or not. I do know it would have been a week or so sooner, but the lady that is in charge of processing the permits at the Ramsey county Sheriff's office was on vacation for 5 days...
Anyway, I'm glad to finally have it.
