Deputy Lisa Pelowski proactively told me upon submitting my app that the turnaround time would be 3 weeks. Permit showed up in exactly 21 days.
Deputy Pelowski was very professional and, and she even educated me a bit on the process, the 5 year renewal, transferree permit, purchasing, etc.
Seamless process and excellent eperience. Kudos Olmsted County.
