I applied for the permit on Tuesday September 28th, 2010 and received my permit on Thursday October 14th, 2010 even though the letter was dated for the 13th, and my permit expires October 6th, 2015. Tell me how that works.

I'll gladly accept laziness than a denial, but I am hoping the renewal will be shorter in 5 yrs.
