Plenty good! Good for them. Now if they'd only charge actual costs...

I can't disagree with you at all on the extravagant fee for renewal. The bonus is it didn't take long to get it.

Sheriff Miller pretty much ran the county as "shall issue" prior to 2003. 8)

And yes, they do need to address the pricing.

Hey everyone,

Just submitted my permit app today in Wright County and because they're changing offices they told me it would probably be 2-3 weeks. The deputy (Mitch) who handles the permit apps was apologetic. (He came to discuss law issues in our CCW class; he seems like a pretty good guy).

Just thought I'd keep everyone updated.

:)

I should add, it was a brief 7 day wait for my sister.

They issued the permit with the wrong expiration date by accident. Re-issued a new one in 3 days. She then moved 2 weeks later and got the new card with new address in 6 days. 8)

I submitted my application a day before you. I also submitted my permit to purchase on 1/14 and have not received it yet.

Do you know where the new office will be?

Thx.

Both permit to purchase and permit to carry took exactly 10 business days to receive. BTW, in Wright County you get both at the Sheriff's Office north of Buffalo. Great bunch of people!

And I'm not disagreeing with you this time, lest I get what's coming to me again.

Yes, you're correct on this issue, upon further reflection on my part.

I love you too, Andrew.
