This kind of Order is supposed to be preceded by some Administrative Procedure. I think this has probably been accomplished, so President Bush could new issue the Order.

If Bush does this, Obama may reverse, but a federal court could block enforcement of the Obama order, for lack issuance of new Notices to various agencies and new Comment Periods etc, to support the new Obama Order.

I think this new administrative procedure could go on for years if the NRA would push it. Meantime, we could carry.

A Presidential Order by Bush would really help, I think.

if "the one" follows through with this there he would be an irrefutable example where he would have taken a stance against gun rights without anyone else to blame when it becomes inconvenient. He is going to do what the GOP couldn't, nail the jello to the wall. It could be especially effective if it happens within days of taking office
