I have a Ruger Super Blackhawk [.44 mag 7 1/2 in bbl 2x Leopold] that I want to have a trigger job done on.
Any reccomendations as to who would do a good job around the metro?

I want a quality job, polish , smooth , etc. not just someone who will cut the spring to make the pull lighter, and then I will have reliability issues in the future.

While he's a bit outside the metro area, you can try Pat Laib. His shop is in Spicer; 320-796-2686.

I don't know if he'll do what you want but phone calls are cheap these days. Perhaps he can refer you to someone closer if he can't/won't do the job. I've had him do other stuff for me but not something like that.

He's not around the Metro, but I'd still go with Tom Castonguay. Greg has his contact info.
