Just got back from the range with the wife's new EMP. I had to break it in for her! I get all the tough jobs.

It shoots great, no failure to feed issues, very nice trigger and scary accurate.

Looks like its a keeper.

What is an EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) weapon?

That's why the lights flickered! So cut that OUT!

A new 9mm 1911 style pistol from Springfield. It's a compact 3 inch barrel but they also sized the frame down a bit front to back. Two tone with wood grips and on par with their loaded versions for features. The EMP stands for Enhanced Micro Pistol.

I propose we start a system whereby a forum member gets fined if he fails to post pictures within 48 hours of the announcement of a new gun purchase. Do I hear a second?

Seems like we could use a little show-and-tell corner in the forum...

I can not seem to get a picture to post. The instructions say I need it on a public web server and I just do not have access to one. If there is an easier way to post please let me know.

Until then I guess the Springfield web site will have to do.

I also know you guys just want a picture with my hot red headed wife holding it, go on admit it

I use this one: http://photobucket.com/

But there are others to choose from too...

I have one of those too (hot redheaded wife) but she hasn't agreed to me taking pictures of her posing with my guns... Yet...

Just go to www.photobucket.com and open your free account and upload your pictures there.

After you've done that, click on the IMG Code in Photobucket and paste it back here.

I took the wife to Bill's north on Sunday. She ran 250 rds through her new EMP. Runs 100%. She did pretty good with it, shot some bullseye and some IPDA targets.

She let our daughter shoot it and she did even better than my wife, I'm guessing the kid will be out of the mom's dog house by the weekend.
