I don't think there is a +P in .380. Kind of like .40 Cal. No +P there either.
Please correct me if i'm wrong.
I don't want to blow up the KT P3AT again!!!!

SAAMI sets the +P standards. They have not established a +P standard for 380acp. So, +P in 380acp can mean anything the manufacturer wants it to be.

Well you did say "supposedly". You were accurate, nothing to be embarassed about. I just wanted to clarify.

Buffalo Bore is noted for making some pretty stout loads, however. Calling them +P is a little disingenuous, but probably just a marketing shortcut.

Don't mean to get off the Ruger subject but I shot some of these (see below) along with some Fed. America Eagle.
The Buffalo Bore stuff had much, much more recoil.
I shot them thru a S&S 642. I also have a 3" barrel .38 revolver. Look at the numbers for that. Wow..

Item 20A: 158gr., very soft cast, semi wad cutter, (Keith) hollow cavity, with a gas check. This bullet will mushroom violently on impact and will penetrate roughly 14 inches in human flesh. Again, this bullet is gas checked and will not lead your barrel.

S&W mod. 60, 2 inch—1040 fps (379 ft. lbs.)
S&W mod. 66, 2.5 inch—1059 fps (393 ft. lbs.)
Ruger SP101, 3 inch—1143 fps (458 ft. lbs.)
S&W Mt. Gun, 4 inch—1162 fps (474 ft. lbs.)

I'm still wanting to get my hands on a LCP.

I tried the LCP in a couple of Kel-Tec holsters including "the Holdster" .. it didn't fit. Close but not quite.

How about side by side pics to see what the difference is... most likely a trigger guard difference in thickness, height or length. Thanks

I'll see if I can't get a picture or two next time I get one in. They're normally gone within hours so I miss the chance.

Thank you Joe. :)
