and what can i do to this gun to sup it up like what kind of mods

For self defense purposes, I wouldn't modify it unless it doesn't work right. Generally speaking it was designed by engineers to work as it was sold. Modifying it might alter some engineering/design aspect of it and make it less reliable.

The only mods that would seem to make sense, and only after a few hundred rounds validating they work, stay on the gun, and don't hinder function, would be a magwell, tritium night sights, and throating the barrel and polishing the feed ramp. And these only because they would presumably improve function or usability, and only then if you have problems with it.

Yeah, the P14's pretty darn adequate out of the box so don't rock the boat if it's working right. If you really want to mod it, everything mobocracy said is good, plus do a google search on "1911 grips" (The Para takes regular 1911 grips, right?). You'll find a million cool cool things to buy. Maybe some Alumagrips with your name on them.

thank you both ass you can see i am new to moding guns and need some help doing so lol i am good at moding cars thow is ther some one how could show me how to do that stuff
